Our chunk 245gram pies feature loads of great free range meat, slow cooked in our own home made stock and wrapped in a buttery pastry. It's how a pie should be - tasty, simple, natural.

STEAK & KIDNEY Historically oysters were used rather than kidney!...as they got a little pricey - kidney became the obvious replacement. If you believe in culinary cycles then we will be using oysters sometime soon. This is our best selling classic.
STEAK & ALE We use marinade free range beef in local 'Otter Head' ale (5.8% abv.) It's strong and delicious, winning supreme champion at the Great Taste Awards 2010 - makes for a great pie. Our signature dish.
STEAK & STILTON If you're not keen on blue cheese- probably not for you! We do sell heaps. A simple formula, generous quantities of stilton cheese mixed into our delicious steak pie!
DEVON LAMB & MINT The best local lamb, our chunki stock, a few peas, carrots and mint - it’s a chunk favourite and easy to see why!
CHICKEN & MUSHROOM Another Classic. Local chicken, our delicious creamy sauce and fresh mushrooms. All our chicken is freedom food, barn reared or free range.
CHICKEN & SMOKEY BACON Chunks of Denhay smoked bacon and loads of chicken. We do rant on about being free from silly additives! so we come a little unstuck here - * most bacons and hams contain sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite - the curing agents that turn the meat pink...trouble is Denhay bacon tastes so great we let this preservative slip in on this one.
TRADITIONAL HOMITY V By all accounts this is an Irish delicacy - but works real well. An open topped pie made with spud, mature cheddar cheese, onion and a few herbs...it's delicious and one of our biggest selling pies - topped with mature Westcountry cheddar cheese.

Chunk pasties are handmade with traditional short crust pastry, packed with free range Westcountry meat and vegetables and a little seasoning. They come in a boxes of 12 and are ideal for freezing.

MONSTA SHOW STOPPA! It's the BIGGEST pasty available in the known world!! It's exactly what it says it is - a Monsta Show Stoppa - Ideal for special events. We do need a couple of days notice for the 'Monsta' - just to make room in the factory! 626g (Please note - a little camera trickery has been used for this shot!!)
LARGE STEAK PASTY If you’re feeling pretty hungry this is the one it's a great feast - same fab recipe just bigger - 343g.

CHEESE & ONION V Mature Westcountry mature cheddar cheese, lightly roasted potato chunks, add in some onions and a few herbs...a great and simple pasty. (n.b. only veg rennet in our cheese).
STEAK & BLUE Chunks of delicious free range beef mixed with stilton cheese, seasoned to perfection and wrapped in our fabulous short crust pastry. As good as it gets. (providing you like stilton of course!) 274g
LAMB MAROC Chunks of free range lamb, potato, aubergine, sun dried tomato and a sprinkling of fresh rosemary, caraway seeds - yummy! 274g
PORK & SCRUMPY Simply delicious. A fantastic combination - diced leg of pork (free range of course) apple, steeped in sweet scrumpy with a sprinkling of herbs - 'Bobs yer Uncle'...a great devon pasty! 274g

CHUNKI SAUSAGE ROLL (Sage & Onion) 200grams of local free range pork. Free from sulphites and additives, seasoned with real herbs and spices and wrapped in our delicious buttery ruff, puff pastry.

The Pork Pie experience is about the taste. Real natural flavours, the complex mixes of meat, herbs and spices, a great jelly and that awesome crispy pastry. But it also needs to look the part. Our Chunk Pork Pies tick all those boxes, with a great rustic handmade look and a superb taste.

PORK PIES A beauty of the pork pie world. Free range and/or freedom food pork meat, a little diced shoulder for texture and a smidgen of herbs. Great jelly - wrapped in our crispy hot water pastry. Available as a 180g Squealer or a 450g Pot Belly.
CHICKEN & HAM PIE Very simply it's a classic Pork Pie with chunks of local free range chicken and ham mixed in. Cut it open - it looks great and only gets better as you tuck into it - a real treat. Available as a 180g Squealer or a 450g Pot Belly.
